    To provide the best value to our customers, we have a straightforward delivery policy:


    Minimum Order Value: We have a minimum order subtotal requirement of €600.


    Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders exceeding the €600 subtotal threshold.


  • What are your shipping options?

    We offer national delivery with varying rates based on order size. Please refer to our Shipping and Payment Info for details.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship within Ireland.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Our standard delivery time is 5-7 Working Days from the day of your order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are final. Returns are generally not accepted, especially for disposable items. However, in exceptional cases, returns may be considered if the item is in its original packaging and undamaged. 


    Kindly note that return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

    To view your 'Favourites,' sign in to your account and navigate to the 'Favourites' tab. This feature helps you keep track of items you may want to purchase in the future, making your shopping experience more streamlined and personalised.
